Project completed with Conor Hammond for Bobcat Aerospace. Model and tool path designed in Fusion 360. Machined on HAAS vf 5 5-axis CNC mill. Utilized the rotational axis to preform simulations movement and create contours impossible on a standard 3 axis mill. Part will be utilized in class 3 rocket to deploy the main chute using a black powder charge ignited by an E-match.
